Mind over matter, right? We'll work on both. Fitness, nutrition, and body image can be loaded topics, so it's important that we develop our mindset in addition to our muscles.
My goal is to help you understand all the sneaky things that impact the way you feel. Water, steps, sleep, nutrition, stress, and yes - even that inner voice that can be so discouraging.

A fully programmed workout regimen tailored to the equipment/space you have access to. You tell me where the destination is; I'll create the plan to get us there. This will include some nutrition education and tips - please note, this will not be meal planning as I am not a licensed dietician.
My goal is to equip you with all the knowledge and tools to decide what's best for you. I am an advocate for teaching you to fish rather than giving you a fish. (Because you may not even like fish, ya know?)

Once a week, I'll have you answer some questions that will help me understand where you're at for the week. This is not a simple 'weigh yourself and be done' check-in. The questions are uniquely designed to help you listen to your body and gain confidence determining what success looks like for you. Fitness is about so much more than the scale, and it's time we start treating it that way.
Spoiler alert! The questions are also designed to help you value progress over perfection, sustainability over extremes, and celebrate little victories.

I’m a human being in the wild - a textbook achiever and perfectionist in remission.
I’m a woman who finally started showing up for herself… and it’s a feeling I want every woman to experience.
That’s what led me to coaching.
I let perfectionism and self doubt steal my joy - I found myself drowning in hopelessness. I nearly gave up… but I couldn’t. Deep down, I knew better had to be possible.
So I set out on a journey to reconnect with myself - to prioritize the woman who had always been an afterthought. And what I found blew my mind.
It was possible. Not only possible, but simpler than I had imagined. Let me be clear - it’s simple… not easy. And it’s hard to do alone.
My hope is you’ll take that same journey. The fact that you’re here right now tells me you already feel the calling.
